This Blog is curated and created to invoke difficult dialogues, introspective insights, emotional and mental wellness for myself and those engaged with my words. This Blog consists of personal anecdotes and opinions, curated music playlists, and other forms of media that incorporate themes of the Blog and my life.

This blog evolved from the confines of The Blue Room, my freshman dorm room that became the safe space me and my friends utilized to be our most authentic selves. Laughter, tears and revelations in that room helped me find the language and avenues necessary to emote effectively and purposefully.

This blog is dedicated to ancestors that used language to convey emotions unheard and neglected.
